Strong communication is one of the cornerstones of any successful school. With that in mind, one of the many things we do to ensure strong and continual ties with our families is to send out a third party survey, Qualtrics XM, at a regular frequency to our families. The question asked is “Would you recommend School of Rock to a friend or family member?”. While important, we like to use this important tool in a way for us to gauge how you feel about your current experience and an opportunity for us to address any concerns you may have.
Your responses help us strengthen our operations, which in turn, results in an enhanced quality of programming for your rocker.
We are asking for your help by actively participating in these surveys. Though we strive for a 10, it is our sincere request for you to participate and to provide candid feedback so that we can all work together to build a stronger, better and safer environment for your child.
